Who are we?
Ludik Attorneys is a conveyancing firm headquartered in Potchefstroom, in the North West Province of South Africa, dedicated to property related matters.
A young dynamic law firm, comitted to go the extra mile for their clients to ensure that every matter is executed with excellence! They are passionate about law and strive to make a difference.
Ludik Attorneys provides services covering: property related matters, development registrations, servitudes, marraige contracts, drafting of wills and winding up of estates.
Their major competitive advantage is founded in their partnership with Allen Stanley West who is known as the master of Conveyancing in South Africa and their 24/7 reporting system to offer constant feedback to clients.
OWNER & FOUNDER
After completing her undergraduate degrees at North-West University, Chantelle began her legal career at Meyer van der Walt Attorneys, she started her Articles of Clerkship in the Conveyancing & Property Development department. She completed her articles of Clerkship at Van Breda & Herbst Attorneys where she specialized in Third party motor vehicle claims for Outsurance (Pty) Ltd. After qualifying as an Attorney she realized that her passion was with property related matters and she qualified as a Notary and Conveyancer in the North Gauteng High Court in 2017. Returning to Potchefstroom she practiced at Pieter Schoeman Attorneys specializing in development registrations, sub-divisions, consolidations, registration of servitude and other property related matters. After qualifying and working in the industry she began to realize that there is a need for constant feedback on the progress of transfers and a more personal approach to handling legal matters. Wanting to offer clients more, she founded Ludik Attorneys in 2017 and built on the principles of:

ALLEN STANLEY WEST
We are privileged to confirm that we partner with Allen West, the well-known conveyancing specialist at Tonkin Clacey Attorneys, who is acting as our correspondents at the Johannesburg and Pretoria Deeds Office.
Allen West was the Chief of Deeds Training from 1 July 1984 to 30 September 2014 and is presently a Property Law Consultant at Tonkin Clacey Pretoria Attorneys in Pretoria. He is the co‑author of numerous books on conveyancing and has published more than one hundred articles in leading law journals. He also regularly posts articles on Ghost Digest.
Allen is also a lecturer at the University of Pretoria and a moderator and consultant of Conveyancing subjects at Unisa. He has presented courses for the LSSA (LEAD) since 1984 and has served on the following boards: Sectional Title Regulation Board, Deeds Registries Regulation Board, and Conference of Registrars, as well as numerous other related committees.
Allen was the editor of the South African Deeds Journal (SADJ), since its inception until September 2014. Allen West obtained his qualifications (NDRD) from Unisa and has also studied at the University of Wisconsin Madison. Allen underwent articles in 1982 with the firm Mike Odendaal Ferreira and Davel.
